These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FTC.ink (the "Service"), operated in the United States. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account Access
Access to FTC.ink requires a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute links that:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Contain or link to malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Facilitate phishing, fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Promote spam, unsolicited advertising, or deceptive practices.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Contain content that is unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative of minors.
We reserve the right to disable, pause, or remove any link, and to suspend or terminate any account, that we believe violates these Terms.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of FTC.ink and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the destination URLs and campaign information you submit.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTC.ink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
